Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, PrintLess Music only ships within the contiguous United States. 

How long does shipping take? 

THIS ITEM IS ON BACK ORDER. PLEASE EXPECT A 2-3 WEEK DELAY.

Will I be charged for taxes?

Taxes and shipping are included in the sales price.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards including Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

PrintLess Music offers a limited manufacturer's warranty on defective items.

Products that are received by PrintLess Music in any of the following conditions are not eligible under warranty and will be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from PrintLess Music.

  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. 

  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact PrintLess Music immediately for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return.

  • Any product which appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to PrintLess Music within 7 days for a full refund.  

Defective products returned for replacement must be received within 7 days: 

  • A defective product that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at PrintLess Music's sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard 30 day processing time, we cannot guarantee that this time will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding a return please contact our Customer Service Department.

Items not received within the 7 day return window will automatically be rejected.
